After five months of phone calls with Reserve America, I finally got refunded the $200 they owed me for messing up my Big Sur camping reservations in March. Hallelujah!!!
Unfortunately, if you want to stay at a California State Park, you have to go through Reserve America. My advice to you: don't change your reservation!!!! If you go online, you'll see loads of complaints about Reserve America.
