Wildlife pic of the week: Barn swallow fledglings

Right now, we have many barn swallow nests on the buildings at work. This particular nest has older chicks that just fledged today.

This morning all the chicks were in the nest....
...and this afternoon one was flying around! You can tell this is a chick because its bill is yellow (not black) and its throat is pale (not dark orange).
